No, we offer a referral service via Protect My Install, which is a fully protected installation platform or alternatively you can choose your own installer.

What is the Home Measure Service?
A free in-home visit where a kitchen specialist discusses your needs and takes accurate measurements to support your kitchen design.
What happens during the appointment?
The specialist measures your kitchen, discusses your ideas, and provides initial estimated pricing based on selected products.
How long does the appointment take?
Typically 45-90 minutes, depending on the kitchen's size and complexity.
How should I prepare?
Ensure the space is accessible and clutter-free. Having a basic idea of your preferred style or layout is helpful.
What happens after the visit?
Your measurements are used to create a detailed kitchen plan and 3D design, ready to review at your in-store appointment.
Virtual Kitchen Design Service
What is a virtual design appointment?
It's an online video call with one of our kitchen designers where you'll discuss your needs and preferences, and begin creating your dream kitchen.
How long does the virtual consultation last?
Typically, the consultation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
What do I need to prepare before my consultation?
It's helpful to have rough measurements of your kitchen, some photos of the space, and any inspiration or ideas you've collected.
What software or device do I need for the consultation?
You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection and video calling capabilities.
Do you create 3D designs during the call?
Yes, in most cases your designer can start creating a 3D kitchen plan live during the call and will follow up with a detailed design afterwards.
Do I need to provide exact measurements for my kitchen space?
Rough measurements are fine for the initial consultation. We'll take precise measurements later if you choose to proceed.
Can I book a follow-up consultation?
Yes, absolutely. You can book a follow-up with your designer to make changes or finalise your design.
Can I order the kitchen after the consultation?
Yes. Once you're happy with your design, your designer will guide you through placing an order.

It's a face-to-face session with a kitchen designer at your local Kitchens by Homebase Showroom, inside The Range, where you'll work together to create a kitchen that suits your space and lifestyle.
